Product Description



The 800-ton powder forming hydraulic press is used to produce salt bricks for cattle and
sheep. It adopts a four-beam four-column frame design to ensure pressing stability and
anti-offset load capacity. It is equipped with a pull-down demolding system with strong
demolding power, suitable for forming salt bricks with central holes or irregular shapes.

We use Fengtai hydraulic stations, and the servo hydraulic system consumes 30%-60%
less energy than traditional models. Power consumption during the pressure maintenance
stage is only 1%-10% of the rated power.

Hydraulic press grating sensors use optical principles to provide safety protection
during equipment operation.
