The 315-ton Color Stone Tile Hydraulic Press is a four-column hydraulic machine specifically designed for forming metal color stone tiles. Featuring a triple-beam, four-column, dual-cylinder structure, it delivers a nominal pressure of 3150 kN (approximately 315 tons). The standard work surface dimensions are 1700 × 900 mm, with custom specifications available.

Its core function involves driving molds via a hydraulic system to press materials like galvanized steel sheets into roofing components such as antique-style tiles and glazed tiles, achieving high forming rates with low scrap rates.

Structural Design:

The machine body is fabricated from high-quality steel plate welded and stress-relieved through high-temperature tempering. Column surfaces undergo medium-frequency quenching and chrome plating to ensure rigidity and wear resistance.

Dual-cylinder drive with four-column guidance ensures high pressing stability and accommodates metal sheets of varying thicknesses.

Mold interchangeability extends applications to stainless steel stretching, powder metallurgy, and composite material molding.

Supports automated production with a PLC control system for parameter setting and real-time monitoring.
