Product Intrpduction
This 200T White Hydraulic Press for Brake Pads is a high-precision forming equipment tailor-made for the auto parts industry. Adopting the classic three-beam four-column structure and customized white body design, it combines aesthetics with practicality, and is widely applicable to processes such as powder pressing and hot-press forming of disc and drum brake pads, catering to the mass production needs of automotive, construction machinery and other fields.
Integrated with servo control and cartridge valve hydraulic technology, the equipment enables efficient and precise forming of brake pads. Meanwhile, the white body is coated with an environmentally friendly and wear-resistant layer, featuring strong corrosion resistance. It is adaptable to the complex operating environment of workshops and adds a neat visual experience to the production line.
Advantages
Precision Pressing for High-Quality Finished Products
The nominal pressure reaches 2000kN, with a maximum liquid working pressure of 25MPa. Equipped with a PLC intelligent control system and a high-precision temperature control module, the temperature control accuracy is ±0.5℃ and the pressure control error is ≤1%. Parameters such as pressing pressure, pressure holding time and heating temperature can be precisely set to ensure uniform density and high wear resistance of brake pads, with the defective rate of finished products controlled within 0.3%.
High Efficiency, Energy Saving, Stability and DurabilityThe servo drive system and integrated cartridge valve hydraulic system ensure fast action response.
Easy Operation, Safe and ReliableIt supports three operation modes: manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic, and is equipped with a human-machine interactive touch screen. Multiple sets of process formulas can be stored to realize quick product changeover and parameter calling.
Global On-site Installation ServiceTo ensure the rapid commissioning and stable operation of the equipment, we provide worldwide on-site installation and commissioning services, creating a full-cycle technical support system. Before delivery, professional engineers will complete pre-commissioning to ensure that all parameters meet the standards. After the equipment arrives at the customer's factory, the dedicated service team will finish on-site installation, pipeline connection, system commissioning and other work within 3 working days. In addition, operation training will be carried out according to customer needs to guide operators to proficiently master equipment operation, daily maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
