The 200T Metal Powder Molding Hydraulic Press is an industrial equipment specially designed for metal powder compression molding. Adopting a four-beam four-column rigid structure and based on the hydraulic transmission principle, it can deliver a stable pressing force of 200 tons. Equipped with a PLC control system, the press supports automatic pressure application, pressure holding and demolding. It also features a floating pressing function to ensure uniform density and qualified strength of the pressed products.

Structural Design
It usually adopts a four-beam four-column structure, which boasts high rigidity and stability to withstand high working pressure and impact loads. The three key components—the upper beam, sliding block and workbench—are generally made of integral No.45 cast steel, optimized via computer simulation, ensuring high strength and strong deformation resistance.
Working Principle
Based on Pascal's Law, it realizes energy conversion and power transmission through liquid pressure transfer. The hydraulic pump draws hydraulic oil from the oil tank and delivers it to the master cylinder via control valves, pushing the piston downward to exert pressure on the metal powder for molding. When the set pressure is reached, the pressure holding stage is activated to guarantee molding quality. After the pressing process is completed, the control valves switch the oil circuit, and the oil is directed to the auxiliary cylinder or the piston is returned to its initial position by spring force. Finally, the demolding device ejects the molded product from the mold.
Hydraulic System
It is equipped with two-way cartridge valves, featuring a compact structure that reduces leakage points and ensures fast response time. The main pump adopts a constant-power high-pressure piston pump, installed vertically and submerged in oil, which lowers noise, improves oil suction efficiency and extends the pump service life.
Electrical Control System
The electrical control is realized by a PLC programmable controller with centralized button operation. A fixed limit device is also installed to ensure consistent product quality.
Functional Features
Equipped with an automatic feeding and retrieving device, it improves production efficiency significantly. The floating pressing function enables bidirectional pressing through the floating middle frame, ensuring uniform pressure distribution and high strength of the finished products. Additionally, it has special functions such as demolding protection to effectively safeguard molds and molded products.
