The lower jacking cylinder precisely regulates the jacking force and stroke to adapt to the forming of fan blades with different curvatures and sizes; the four-column guide design ensures no deviation in pressing and effectively avoids blade deformation. It supports non-standard customization and can adjust parameters according to customer's production line requirements, which is an ideal choice for flexible production of wind turbine blades.
